My name is Lorena, welcome to Beck’s Properties LLC. I am a real estate investor located in Port Charlotte. I buy homes, then re sell them to those who can not get traditional financing.

If I do not have a home already that you like, I will buy the one you like and then re sell it to you using my great NO CREDIT CHECK or Owner Finance Program.

It is important that you understand I am an investor and I will make a profit on the deal. So if you choose a home that is not in my inventory I will add money to the original asking price. Not a lot but enough to cover my expenses and to make a small profit. I feel this is a small price to pay for achieve home ownership.

If you are serious and have a down payment and proof of steady income, and three references.  YOU ARE APROVED TO BUY ONE OF MY HOMES. No Bank Qualifying, Bad Credit Ok, Self Employed Ok., even if you have a foreclosure or bankruptcy it’s ok.

This is not a Rent To Own Program.  Your name is on the title.  You receive all the tax crefit benifits. 

You may qualify for a $8000 tax credit from the goverment that does not have to be paid back.
